July 6, 2009 You dont have to be scared to buy over the internet from these guys. The truck I bought was everything that the pictures showed it was. There were no surprises when I finally saw the vehicle in person. In fact Rick (our salesman) after I had committed to the vehicle called me and told me that they were not happy with 3 of the tires on the unit from their inspection and replaced them with new. That is good service and "a business that is not just looking for a one time sale". I dont buy alot of equipment but the next time I do... April 30, 2009 The Alma Center Fire Dept, has been checking on trucks for the last 4 years. We found this truck and the department fell in love with it. My captain of the department did some phone tag and relayed the information to me and we contacted our officers and our district treasury,and everbody said go for it. April 5, 2009 After Frank found me a list of service trucks in my budget, I flew into Houston from Nevada; met with Frank who was ready for me,the trucks were ready, turn key to go to work. I test drove the truck and covered with a fine tooth comb and made the deal and drove home 2200 miles with no troubles except a minor oil pan leak.
